Misplaced Desires

Exodus 20:1–17

The Ten Commandments begin with God’s identity: “I am the LORD your God, who rescued you from slavery.” Before there are commands, there is rescue. But the commandments also expose something deeper—the problem of our hearts. What we desire most shapes what we worship, and what we worship shapes our lives. In this message we explore how misplaced desires lead us away from God and how Jesus rescues us and gives us new hearts that love what is truly good.
